Karuna Chellen is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who has recently left the NHS to complete a Masters Degree.
She has vast experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy within the NHS, including Pelvic Health and Hand Therapy.
Karuna has led a post-operative shoulder clinic and seen a mixture of acute and chronic patients. She worked in Rheumatology, Orthopaedic and Oncology patients. She worked as a Physiotherapist for a Championship level football club and within an Army Rugby team.
Karuna is a trained Matwork Pilates instructor, using these skills particularly in sport, and in peri and post natal patients.
She enjoys practising Pilates regularly and lives a very active lifestyle.
