Body Alliance was set up in Brixton to offer Pilates Equipment Classes, Physiotherapy, and a range of Complementary Therapies.
We are team of fully qualified and experienced teachers and therapists in a single central Brixton location, allowing us to offer a comprehensive and integrated service. Our clients come for a variety of reasons — most commonly fitness, health and relaxation, but also many are referred through GPs for specific medical conditions.
The Body Alliance Studio is situated on Atlantic Road in the heart of Brixton. We are near the underground station and other transport amenities. We can also provide gated off-street parking for those coming from surrounding South London areas by car.
The Pilates Studio
The Pilates Studio is spacious, bright and airy. It has been fitted with equipment from well-established brands such as Stott Pilates and Balanced Body. It is the perfect space to learn and practice Pilates with all the equipment.
The Therapy Room
The additional therapy room is ideal for our one-to-one Physiotherapy and Complementary therapies. It is warm and relaxing to help make the very best of the experience.
