Our Pilates Studio and Physiotherapy Clinic provide a team of fully qualified and experienced instructors and therapists working from a single central Brixton location.

Our clients come for a variety of reasons — most commonly fitness, health and relaxation, but many are also referred for specific medical conditions.

The Pilates Studio and Therapy Room both offer the perfect environment for your relaxation and enjoyment. Bright, calming and beautiful.

The Body Alliance Studio is situated on Atlantic Road in the heart of Brixton. We can also provide gated off-street parking for those coming from surrounding South London areas by car.

We provide an individual and tailored approach for each of our clients’ needs, taught by highly qualified and friendly instructors. We offer Pilates Equipment classes in private or shared sessions at the studio and private matwork classes online.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Our work involves a fair bit of lifting and shifting and so we started going to Pilates classes here. It’s a very physio style approach to pilates. Its definitely given us the confidence to know we can stretch and breathe our way out of most aches and pains, posture has never been better. We have lessons with Andrea who is AMAZING, but friends we’ve recommended to the studio all speak extremely highly of their teachers too so i think the standard is really good across the board. We are several years in to attending classes here and can’t imagine ever stopping.
