Pilates Equipment and Physiotherapy studio, Osteopathy and Ultrasound Diagnostics. 

We provide a broad team of fully qualified and experienced Pilates teachers and therapists in a single central Brixton location. Our clients come to our studio for a variety of reasons — most commonly Pilates and Physiotherapy sessions to improve their health and fitness. Many are also referred through their health insurance for specific musculoskeletal conditions. For more complex cases, we offer the option of ultrasound diagnostics and musculoskeletal injections.

Our Studio is a bright and calm space, providing the perfect clinical, relaxing and beautiful environment for your enjoyment.

The Body Alliance Pilates Equipment and Physiotherapy Studio is situated on Atlantic Road in the heart of Brixton. We can also provide gated off-street parking for those coming from surrounding South London areas by car.
