Tania Matos is a chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor.
Since qualifying, Tania has been specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with an interest in sports injuries, Women’s health and persistent pain, including longstanding back and neck pain.
Having previously studied Dance and Theatre, she found in Pilates the perfect meeting point of her different interests and skills.
Tania uses Pilates and Dance techniques in the rehabilitation of injuries and improvement of skills such as flexibility, resilience and endurance in order to prevent future injuries. She also uses manual therapy, soft tissue release and Acupuncture to help manage pain.
Tania trained Pilates Matwork, including Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates, with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
