Pilates Equipment Classes
Our equipment classes are offered in small groups of no more than four, thus allowing much greater individual attention to be provided.
Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates
All our group or private Equipment classes can be attended by Antenatal and Postnatal clients.
Pilates Online Classes
We have been offering Online Pilates Matwork sessions and will continue to provide them for anyone shielding or those who do not yet feel confident about returning to the Studio.
