Thai massage is a more rigorous and energising form of massage, commonly described as both relaxing and energising. It is also called 'Thai yoga massage', because the therapist will use their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like positions. Muscle compression, joint mobilisation, and acupressure are also used as part of the treatment.
