Craniosacral osteopathy

Body Alliance Craniosacral Osteopathy

Craniosacral Osteopathy is a refined treatment of the body that works with the body’s rhythms and deep tissues and can treat anybody from babies to the elderly.

Craniosacral Osteopathy is based on palpation (touch) which shows the body’s three dimensional strain patterns. The treatment usually centres around the head, spine and pelvis.

Craniosacral Osteopaths are trained to pick up strain patterns using very highly refined palpation and to release these with very gentle pressure.

Osteopathy has been regulated since 1998 under the General Osteopathic Council and its standards of practice are continually evaluated. To belong to the GOSc, osteopaths are required to keep up to date with the newest research and techniques.

Body Alliance offers Brixton Osteopathy and South London Osteopathy.
